She grew up in the Syrian city of Aleppo and joined the Department of Arabic Language at the Faculty of Arts at the University of Aleppo. She started her artistic career in 1982 and presented historical duets with art icons Adel Emam, Ahmed Zaki, and Duraid Lahham. She is known for her extreme elegance, her high taste, and her unique history and personality, which always makes her a source of inspiration for new generations.
